I started my professional career in the Health Services field with the University of Kentucky hospital assisting physicians, nurses, and staff in an administrative and clinical role. I then accepted a position as a Quality Control Technician at Hitachi where I developed the skills for managing integral safety guidelines while staying on top of changing customer expectations.
