Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
I joined the Pearl family in December of 2021, and just recently hit my 2-year anniversary! Like many others in 2021, the need to work from home during the pandemic brought me to Pearl. I believe that my customer service skills, attention to details and supervisory skills have helped me to succeed.
What are your career goals?
My career goals are to keep learning new things and to always progress with anything that I focus on. I would really like to move into a supervisor role if possible.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned in your job?
For me, the biggest lesson that I have learned is to take lots of notes even if I don’t think I will need it. You never know when you might need that one piece of information to help on a call!
What is your advice for someone who may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field?
To be patient and just soak up the knowledge and training that is provided. Also keep in mind that it’s okay to not know everything about this position, as everyday there are knew things to learn.
What is a Fun Fact that many of your coworkers may not know?
I read voraciously. I usually read upwards of ten books a week.
Do you have a special talent or any hobbies?
I love reading and playing Sims.
