In September we have Labor Day, Patriot Day – remembering 9/11, and we have the first day of Fall!
We have concluded our Virtual T-Shirt Design Contest and we have a winner!

We are continuing in our Walking Challenge which concludes at the end of the month! We will have our Top 20 winners and an additional FIVE winners chosen! That is a total of 25 Winners! What’s to Come in October!
Customer Service Appreciation Week is coming up early October! This is an international recognition and celebration of the importance of all customer service roles and the people who fill these positions and serve on a daily basis. The US Congress proclaimed Customer Service Week a nationally recognized event in 1992 and declared that it would be celebrated annually, the first full week in October.
There will be several opportunities for winners of Pearl Swag, Gift Cards, and various other Prizes that week. Stay tuned for more information to come!
October 11th, CCO will be hosting another Onsite Blood Drive! The last blood drive brought in 33 units of blood and every slot was filled! Just one donation can save up to three lives. That is potentially 99 lives that would receive a life saving transfusion from these donations. We look forward to seeing all the support for this next round of donations!
October is also bringing us all the fall feels with the Halloween Season coming up fast! You can expect a Desk Decoration Competition for all virtual staff and a company-wide Costume Contest. More information on prizes and processes to come!
