February 2024 – CEO Letter

Hello, Pearl Team.

Welcome to February. I am sure many of us are looking forward to the warmer months already (I know I am). However, before we can be out enjoying the spring weather – we need to pause and take notice of what is before us in February. This month brings with it some notable holidays, like Valentine’s Day, Random Acts of Kindness Day and Black History Month. While I’d love you all to consider performing random acts of kindness all year – I see all of the observations this month with an underlying theme of appreciation. Happy Holidays

Hello, Pearl Team!
The Holiday season is in full swing and so many of us are preparing for family gatherings to celebrate a host of holidays this month. In December the most prominently celebrated holidays are Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, and Christmas. Each holiday brings an importance in the tradition, meaning, and ways they are observed.
