I write this letter to all of you with a mixture of excitement and sadness as Mario Antwine, Pearl’s new CEO, assumes the helm of Pearl Interactive Network, LLC. Mario’s intent is not only to continue to nurture Pearl’s secret sauce of combining Pearl’s unique culture of caring with the social mission of giving hiring priority to people with challenges to work, but to be the beacon of Pearl’s growth and innovation into the future.
Mario respects that Pearl brings a team of gifted, talented, and dedicated professionals that will support him. I will continue as both an advisor and consultant to Pearl as we embark on this new and positive journey together.
For those Pearl associates I met in person in Winchester, Kentucky, during virtual new hire orientations or on anniversary calls, I so appreciated your sharing your journey, your heart, and your aspirations with me throughout the years.
I firmly hold the belief there is never a leader that accomplishes success, it is and will always be the team at the root of the tremendous accomplishments we’ve made over the last several years. Thank you for the incredible gift of getting to work with you and I ask that as Mario assumes the position of CEO, that you rally around him and provide him with the support that he will need to take Pearl to the next level.
