Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?

Prior to joining Pearl, I was with Maximus where I started as a general Medicare CSR. After mastering that position, I was trained in Claims which I enjoyed, and then also cross trained to support DME (Durable Medical Equipment) calls.
