This summer has been very exciting for the on-site CCO program in Winchester, KY. Over the last 2 months, CCO has welcomed dozens of new Customer Service Reps and had several engagement events and activities for our team members and their families to participate in.
Let’s begin with the team-based School Supplies Drive which ran for the entire month of July where the team with the most donated supplies won a pizza party! Overall, the site collected over 1900 items thanks to the generosity of the staff, which then donated to Conkwright Elementary School. The team winners where Supervisor Pamela Fincher’s Pamela’s Positivity Peeps with 893 items collected!

In addition, throughout the month of July, Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. partnered with several other local businesses, including Bluegrass Community and Technical College, for Moonlight Movie Nights. This allowed all CCO employees and the local community to partake in delicious local food, fun, and a free movie outside!

As always, July ended with welcoming another class of new hires! If you did not get a chance to welcome everyone, check out the “Welcome to Pearl – New Hire” post from the week of 08/08 where all the new hires were introduced along with several other virtual new hires. Watch for additional classes to join and for their names to be posted in upcoming posts!
CCO began the month of August celebrating National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day on 8/4! Of course, the only proper way to celebrate this holiday is with delicious chocolate chip cookies! All onsite employees received cookies and a custom-made button!
Friday August 12th introduced a new “Dress-Up Day” – Dress like your favorite holiday day! Several holidays were represented, from Halloween, to Christmas, 4th of July and Kentucky’s own Derby Day!

We hope you enjoyed seeing what the team in Winchester has been up to the last few weeks, and we look forward to sharing new events in the coming weeks. We know the rest of the month will be just as engaging and exciting as the first half!
