Pearl is Synonymous with Hope
August is here! Pearl will be focusing on Social Wellbeing and Awareness with a Volunteer Drive starting August 8th and ending September 30th through the end of 2022! We have included links below that offer in-person or remote opportunities where you can volunteer and make a difference. Reach out to others in Pearl and form a team if there are several of you in the same area or assist your community solo, or with family and friends. We would love to see as many Pearl employees giving back, and for those that participate, we will be handing out some incentives, including Pearl Swag!
A verification form has been emailed out directly to each person in Pearl. If you did not receive a Pearl Volunteer Verification form, please reach out to your immediate supervisor, or to EmployeeEngagement@pinsourcing.com to get emailed a copy.
To receive the incentives and SWAG, follow the guidelines below:
Volunteer 1-4 hours (total) – Receive a $20 gift card
Volunteer 5-10 hours (total) – Receive a $20 gift card plus Pearl swag
Volunteer 10 or more hours (total) Receive a $20 gift card, Pearl swag, and you will be entered into a raffle at $100 gift card!
