Michelle Lands Dream Job After Professional Coaching
Are you looking to learn a new skill or grow your career? Pearl’s professional coaching program, formerly known as PearlWorks, has evolved into Pearls of Growth. The program provides you with your own personal coach to explore your strengths, identify your life goals, and provide support in achieving those goals, along with career navigation and networking.
Michelle began Pearls of Growth coaching program, formerly known as PearlWorks, in November of 2021. As she and her coach began discussing what skills she already possessed, they also pinpointed areas for growth. They identified her strengths in the workplace as creativity, a love of learning, and her friendly personality. Michelle shared with her coach that she wanted to work in the nonprofit research field. So, they began focusing the action steps that would help her achieve her goal!
Over three months, Michelle and her coach focused on translating her strengths into the workplace. She focused on approaching challenges with positivity and updating her resume for her dream job. We are proud to say Michelle achieved her dream position with a nonprofit market research team! While we are sad to see her leave Pearl, we couldn\’t be happier that we were able to be a part of her reaching her professional goals.
