Ingredients:
- 1 pound Chicken Breast
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Buffalo Hot Sauce
- I like the Sweet Baby Rays
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(measure with your heart)
Directions:
- Cut Cream Cheese into small chunks.
- Add to crockpot: Chicken, Cream Cheese, Buffalo Sauce, Ranch Dressing, Cheddar Cheese – mix to combine.
- Cover and turn heat on low for 3-4 hours stirring frequently – about every 30 minutes – so cream cheese will melt.
- Shred Chicken Breast with tongs or forks
- Serve with Tortilla Chips or Ritz Crackers
Notes:
Add Salsa for an extra kick and don’t forget your toppings.
