Background:
Pearl 2019 until present/ promoted to TA Manager – 2021
Michelle began her journey with Pearl as an onsite TA Specialist supporting the OY7 (7th Option Year) Recruiting Season for our CCO operations in Winchester, KY. In addition to supporting CCO Michelle has had the opportunity to lead and assist other programs such as DMCS, PHEAA, HRSA, Novitas, as well as recruiting, supporting the team (on all contracts) and promoting Pearl daily. Michelle says she is very grateful to be part of such a great Team!
Michelle’s professional background prior to Pearl was 23 years of progressive staffing industry experience, where she began as a Staffing Recruiter/Supervisor to District Manager overseeing 6 FTEs.
Michelle continues to be involved in different organizations in her community, Madison Mission, God’s Outreach as well as supports Single Mom’s outreach in our area.
Why Michelle joined Pearl:
Michelle appreciates and values the mission of Pearl as she is part of a military family, her husband and brother-in-law are Veterans as well as her father- in- law who passed away, was a disabled veteran. The fact Pearl recognizes and supports our military and military families, was just one reason she was inclined to apply.
