Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
Prior to joining the Pearl family, I worked in health care for several years. After some great deal of thought, I decided it was time for a change and decided to apply. Having spent so much time in the Health Care field, I felt my knowledge and experience would help me succeed on the CCO contract, and it has!
What are your career goals?
I would like to continue to learn and grow with Pearl and to be able to move up the Pearl career path.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned in your job?
One of the biggest lessons I have learned is patience. Yes, it is needed in the health care field, but there is a different type of patience working on the phones.
What is your advice for someone who may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field?
If you are looking to take on a role like mine, remember to always be patient and attentive to your callers.
What is a Fun Fact that many of your coworkers may not know?
I have 2 dogs Lucy and Maggie ❤️

I love to cook and make up my own recipes.
