Hello, Pearl Team!
I hope you are all having a healthy and happy launch into the New Year. While it is important to have a positive outlook on the year to come, it is also important to take a moment to appreciate what has been accomplished in 2023, largely because of your dedicated commitment and hard work.
Among some of our most notable accomplishments are:
- Closing on contracts with Humana and Cigna, two marque and large clients.
- Pearl continues to meet quality performance expectations of our clients and have frequently been told by our clients that we are “the partner of choice.” Further, we’ve attained the highest CPARs government agency ratings of “Excellent” and “Very Good” in areas including quality, schedule, cost control, and in management on multiple contracts.
- We’ve successfully met the steep surge requirements of adding an additional 600 hires on the behalf of our largest client, the MAXIMUS CCO contract.
In summary it is with your continual dedication to the Pearl mission and each other, that our growth and success has been accomplished. I am humbled at the generosity, compassion, and support you show your teammates, veterans, providers, and citizens. Your persistence to provide quality service to our callers pays off. Many of you have heard me say that the connection our callers make with you, could be the best part of someone’s day. Further, we would like to see you grow with Pearl in 2024 and beyond as we continue to add more contracts.
