988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: Did you know “988” is now Available? The 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline launched nationwide on July 16. Like dialing 911 for medical emergencies, people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis can call or text 988 and be connected immediately to trained counselors who will listen, provide support, and connect people to resources if necessary. Pearl Interactive Network, Inc. is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of its employees and will provide any support and education that is needed.

Check Paycom Regularly: All Pearl employees should access Paycom at least once a week, if not more. Paycom is the one stop spot for announcements, updates, access to the employee handbook, and so much more. Paycom allows you to access your paystubs, tax forms, update your personal information and review your benefits elections.
Access the handbook through Paycom by clicking on <My Documents>, Completed, then Select Handbook, use the search feature to locate if it is not showing on the first page. Please make sure that you Acknowledge receipt of the handbook along with any other outstanding documents that need review. To update your personal information, simply log into the Employee self-service portal, click on the appropriate topic (Information, Payroll, etc.), and then select what it is that you need to update. Once you save the information, the change is immediately applied to your profile.
