I am so immensely proud of how you’ve supported one another this year, how you have shared the Pearl culture, and helped Pearl grow in so many ways.

I would also like to wish you and your family a warm, happy New Year. Welcome (almost) to 2023! I can’t believe we are already here. It seems as though 2022 only just began.
