Pearl is happy to announce the promotion of Trinity Purcell to Employee Engagement Manager!
Trinity started with Pearl in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative on the CCO project, on site, in Winchester, KY. In her time as a CSR, Trinity was recognized as the Employee of the Month and earned the Customer Service Satisfaction Award on numerous occasions. With the support of her coworkers and supervisor, she took advantage of the Pearl Career Path to become a Mentor, Subject Matter Expert, Training Support Associate, and ultimately a Supervisor.
In this new role, Trinity will oversee all things Employee Engagement for both the KY on site staff as well as all corporate and virtual staff. This will include the contest for desk decorating, holiday theme days, employee recognition, various games, contests, surveys, and much more.
Trinity is currently enrolled in college and is working toward a degree in Business Management. In addition to her professional accomplishments here at Pearl, Trinity has a loving husband of six years and two wonderful boys at home. Outside of the office, when she is not spending time with her family, Trinity enjoys taking her dog for walks around the neighborhood and binge watching tv shows with her husband.
