We are excited to announce a new addition to Pearl’s Operations team, James Landsness, who will fill the position of Program Manager for the FEMA, Healthnet, and ESDMS contracts.
James has extensive experience in operations program management. He joins us from Systems Integration, where he managed Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) National Transportation Vetting Center and TSA’s Contact Center responsibilities — specifically, maintaining performance metrics for a team of 10 direct reports and 130 indirect reports. Before his tenure at Systems Integration, James spent seven (combined) years at Alorica as performance manager overseeing process improvement initiatives and at Conduent fulfilling a key operations management role.
James’ area of expertise includes operational and organizational management, leadership and development, data / metrics gathering and analysis, and process improvement. Throughout his work career, he has received several company awards for outstanding work achievement. He is certified in Six Sigma and is currently seeking two Project Management Institute certifications.
James will report to Brenda Wingert, vice president of Operations. As part of Operations, James will drive the operational activities of the FEMA, Healthnet, and ESDDMS contracts.
Please join us in welcoming James to our Pearl family.
