For our December SPOTLIGHT, we are thrilled to announce the promotion of Robert Thyrion to Director of Business Support in the Operations side of the business.
Robert joined the Pearl family in July 2013 and has advanced through progressively more responsible positions, such as, Sr. Contact Center Supervisor, Production Manager, WFO Site Supervisor, Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager, and Program Manager. Suffice it to say, Robert brings a wealth of home-grown experience to Operations, and we are excited about his new role as Director of Business Support.
Robert’s new duties will include overseeing our Reporting initiatives, WFM team, Asset Management, new Contract Implementations, Operations’ responses to Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) and all IT initiatives with our vendor EasyIT. He will continue to report to Brenda Wingert, vice president of Operations.
Prior to his tenure at Pearl, Robert was owner of Thyrion LLC for nine years — a company that provided businesses with back-office management support, which included hiring, training, and an assortment of other managerial duties. Before that, he held various positions at Convergys, the United States Census Bureau, and SYKES.
Educationally, Robert earned a Business degree at Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Science degree in Education at Bluegrass Community & Technical College. He is certified in Customer Experience Performance Leadership from COPC.
