We are excited to share that the Novitas program has reached their first anniversary!
It has been a road full of exciting growth with the project growing from 60 CSRs to over 100! During our first year, the team has been introduced to new skill sets and have taken on calls from more parts of the country.
This growth would not have been possible without every person on our project, especially those who joined us last December.
