The Optum-VBA project is thrilled to announce the promotion of Brandon Townsend to Supervisor!
Brandon started with Pearl in November 2021 as a Medical Service Coordinator (MSC) and was quickly promoted to Team Lead in 2022. Now, as a Supervisor, Brandon will be overseeing a team of 23 MSCs and 1 Team Lead and will work directly with the client to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Brandon is married to his wife Ashley of 3 years, and they have 3 cats. In his free time Brandon enjoys playing video games, watching TV/movies, and playing tabletop games such as Dungeons and Dragons.
