Happy October!
Fall is in the air and the holidays are right around the corner! We have been having so much fun these last couple weeks and are excited for what’s to come! The end of September wrapper up our TWO MONTH long Walking Challenge, the first week of October brought had us celebrating Customer Service Appreciation Week, and we have been recognizing some amazing hardworking employees!
Our Walking Challenge was huge and brought over 10 million steps and so many winners! Thank you to everyone who participated and congratulations to all our winners!
Customer Service Appreciation Week was a time to acknowledge all of the hard work, understanding, and compassion that our employees give to our callers on a daily basis! The impact that you have, even a small one, can leave a large impression on someone’s life.
10/02 – 10/06 was filled with activities and games for both our Onsite CCO Winchester site and all our virtual staff!
The onsite CCO employees saw games like our trustworthy Sucker Pull and Hi Low and some new games like Pluck a Lucky Duck and Drop the Ball! These games brought many winners Pearl Swag and also some larger prizes to 3 fortunate winners!
Esther Campbell won an Amazon Fire Stick!
Amber Clemons won a $50 Gift Card!
Crystal Merrill won a 30 oz. Yeti Tumbler!
Our virtual staff saw games like Word Scramble, Trivia, and an Share Your Favorite Holiday! These games brought us 10 lucky winners who will get to choose their prize from our WFH Prize Catalog!
Our Work From Home Prize Catalog is full of goodies to spruce up your home office! It has everything from new mouse pads to lumbar support pillows, and even an oil diffuser!

One of the WFH CSW Activities was Share Your Favorite Holiday – We have the results!
- 60% of respondents chose Christmas
- 16% chose Halloween
- 12% chose Thanksgiving
We had a handful of responses for Easter, Independence Day, Valentines Day, New Years, and their Birthday! Based on the number of responses, that means for 88% of you, your favorite time of the year is just about here!
Speaking of Halloween – we will have our annual Costume Contest approaching quickly! Be sure to plan to send in a photo of your costume to participate in the contest. This will be a company wide Costume Contest – The Top 5 will win a Gift Card!
Onsite staff will have their photo taken at the center! For our virtual staff; you can send in your photos of your Halloween party adventures to trick or treating with your family from 10/27 – 11/2! Photos can be emailed to employeeengagement@pinsourcing.com
We will also have a Desk Decorating Contest for all virtual staff – decorate your area and home office and send us a photo to be considered! You can send in your photos from 10/27 – 11/2 as well! The Top 3 spookiest areas will win a Gift Card!

What’s to come in November!
November starts a time of giving back to our communities and preparing for the holiday season! This year we will be bringing back our Volunteer Drive for all staff to participate in. We will provide more details to come closer to November.
Onsite CCO will also be hosting their annual Team Competition for a local canned food drive, “Operation Happiness”. This will be a time to collect unexpired canned food to prepare food boxes for the community here in Winchester KY. Pearl has participated in Operation Happiness for several consecutive years and we look forward to seeing the participation this year. Our canned food drive will be an individual competition and a team competition!
