Pearl-Winchester is hiring customer service-oriented talent to JOIN OUR TEAM! The first class of 63 CSRs started on 7/5. It was successfully staffed with a Day 1 Show rate of 103%! One class down and 14 more to go, but up to a great start.
Our next classes start July 25th and August 15th. With staffing goals increasing this year, we are on a mission to fill 720 Seats. And with that said, you’d better believe our talented TA Team is searching high and low, and far and wide to meet these staffing deliverables. Although it is still early in the game, the challenge to secure onsite reps remains.

Open House Hiring Events are scheduled weekly. We want your referrals to walk through our doors located at 1025 Bypass Rd. Winchester, KY (next to Lowe’s).
Events are held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 AM – 4 PM EST Applicants must meet minimum requirements and bring 2 forms of ID for employment verification.
