A snapshot of last year’s Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Activity. 2022 in Review.
Figure 1 – Pearl’s TA & Recruitment Marketing Team attracted 327,811 Visitors to the Career Site. Effectively generating candidate awareness and interest through social media, job boards, outreach, and referral campaigns, are ongoing strategies to acquiring a solid pool of talent for new and future opportunities with Pearl.
Figure 2 – New Candidates Acquired. This is how we measure success! 82,477 Interested Applicants saw interest in Pearl opportunities and applied in 2022.
Figure 3 – Over 2K job seekers (new and returning) were issued offers of employment to Join Team Pearl in 2022. Pearl met and exceeded a 1,100-employee headcount in 4th Quarter.
