Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
I started with Pearl under the CA COVID program in 2021 for two months. The project was short term, but in that time, I realized how great Pearl was, which led me to apply to the VACCN Customer Service role. Already having that Customer Service background and call center experience, as well as my previous experience with Project Management and being a Special Educator, I thought it would be a good fit.
