Name: Misti Nichols
Position: Trainer
I joined Pearl in December of 2019 for the Census project as a Trainer. I rejoined Pearl in February 2021 as Job Coach and part of the Learning and Development team. I strive to help others gain knowledge through many factors including the Introduction to Pearl program, monthly workshops, trainings, job coaching and goal setting. I joined Pearl because there was an opportunity to work in the field I desired! I returned because I feel like Pearl has been a family even when we are spread out across the nation.
