Meet Demika Jackson, our Onboarding Supervisor!
Demi Jackson has been the Onboarding Supervisor for Pearl Interactive Network for over 3 years. In this role, she oversees all the onboarding needs for new, potential Pearl candidates. This includes working to obtain the needed information for Pearl’s HUBZone certification requirements, reviewing and processing all the I-9s for each employee, and the setup and processing of all the onboarding paperwork through Paycom. Demi brings over 15 years of experience to her role here at Pearl. One of Demi’s career goals it to become an Onboarding Manager and develop her direct reports and the Onboarding department even more.
When we spoke to Demi’s manager, Jared Mink (Pearl HR Manager), he told us “Demi is an absolute rock star! For the past 4 years she has been a remarkable asset for the HR department. From managing the I-9 process to ensuring every employee is entered into our HRIS, Demi’s work is both vital and contains many moving parts.
However, her strong work ethic and organization allow her to succeed in overcoming all the challenges that onboarding processes may present. I am so very grateful to have Demi on my team and am proud of her growth and wealth of accomplishments throughout the last 4 years.”
A fun fact about Demi, in her downtime she loves to do interior home designing and home organization.
