Natasha Smith was the first to pilot Pearl’s professional coaching program, Pearls of Growth (formerly known as PearlWorks) when it was launched in January 2021. We want to not only congratulate Natasha on reaching her 1-year anniversary, but for also being recognized by the client as a top performer!
Over her first nine months as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) on the VACCN Project, Natasha set her mind to moving up within Pearl. Her coach recognized she possessed customer service and management skills and helped Natasha to focus on developing those skills to fully excel in her current role.
Natasha accomplished her goal and was moved to the dedicated SEOC Team for VACCN, which is a team of high performing CSRs who assist with specific scheduling calls. “Any goal is achievable, if you have the right mindset and keep yourself working towards that goal,” says Natasha. Our culture of caring is our driving force. Our goal has always been to remove barriers to employment, create a positive work environment, and champion and support everyone to help them reach their maximum potential.
