I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the impact of Hurricane Helene. Once we ensured the safety of all our employees in the hurricane’s path, I was deeply moved by the incredible stories of selflessness and bravery. First responders, rescuers, and neighbors who stepped up in remarkable ways, often risking their own lives to help others.
The resourcefulness, perseverance, and resilience shown by these communities are truly inspiring. People have come together, focusing on being of service to one another, regardless of whether they know each other.
These actions resonate deeply with our mission at Pearl. At our core, we are here to serve, and you embody this mission every day with your resilience, determination, and resourcefulness. You make a difference to those you serve, often without even knowing them personally.

- The Samaritan’s Purse offers many volunteering and donation options which go directly to the communities they are working in.
- USA.gov provides resources for financial assistance for disaster victims.
- FEMA has support available for individuals and families in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.
