Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills did you picked up in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role? I wanted a change for my career goals and being with Pearl I have been able to excel in different areas of my position. I used to be shy and did not want to speak up about if I had any difficulties with my position. My co-workers are the reason for my success.
What are your career goals? I would like to be in a technical support position with Pearl and grow within the company.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned or the biggest obstacle you have overcome in your job? One thing I have learned is to allow myself to make mistakes and learn from them. By doing this, I believe this is what has made me be a better CSR!
What is your advice for someone that may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field? Be willing to learn and speak up if you have challenges and take your time to adapt to changes for the project that you are assigned!
What is a Fun Fact that many of your coworkers may not know? I love to partake in boxing or kickboxing in my spare time.
Do you have a special talent or any hobbies? I enjoy reading and listening to different genres of music and learning how to fish with my uncle.
