Miranda Rader
Miranda Rader started with Pearl in January of 2015 as a Customer Service Representative with the CCO. Since her time spent in the CCO, she has progressed up the Career Path to multiple roles, promoted to an Operations Supervisor and Seasonal Trainer, became a Production Manager, and Manager of CCO’s onsite Training Department! Miranda has been a valued member of the CCO Family and is now moving on to be an Operations Manager for Optum VA CCN! In her spare time, Miranda enjoys listening to True Crime and Paranormal Podcasts! Congratulations Miranda Rader!
Daniel Maxwell
Daniel Maxwell started with Pearl in August of 2013 and celebrated 10 Years working with Pearl this past August! He came into the CCO as an Operations Supervisor and was promoted to Manager June of 2015. Danny has been a vital member of the CCO family and essential in crafting policies and procedures. Danny will be now be working with Pearl’s newest program, Palmetto, as their Program Manager! In his spare time, Danny enjoys spending time with his family and planning their next Disney World trip! Danielle Burton
Danielle Burton has been with Pearl since October of 2013 and just celebrated 10 years working with Pearl last month! Danielle came into Pearl working as a Customer Service Representative with the CCO. In her time spent with the CCO, she has moved up the Career Path to complete several roles, promoted to Supervisor and Seasonal Trainer, and then Full Time Trainer! Danielle will be staying with the CCO and moving from Full Time Trainer to Production and Training Manager! In her spare time, Danielle enjoys hunting for good deals and traveling!

Matthew Thacker
Matthew Thacker originally started with Maximus in August of 2018 and transitioned to Pearl in October of 2022 as an Operations Supervisor. He has fulfilled the roles of Tier 2 Customer Service Representative, Internal Support Group, and Seasonal Trainer. Matthew will now be moving up to Production Manager with the CCO! In his spare time, Matthew enjoys watching The Great British Baking Show and catching the UK Cats play during March Madness!

Jodi Rudd
Jodi Rudd began working with Pearl in November of 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. In her time she has fulfilled many roles on the Career Path including Seasonal Trainer and Operations Supervisor. She will now be moving in the role of Production Manager with the CCO! In her spare time, Jodi enjoys spending time outside with her son Jaxson and starting a good DIY project! Congratulations Jodi Rudd!
Veronica Flack
Veronica Flack began her career with Pearl as a Customer Service Representative in August of 2020. She has completed many roles on the Career Path including Seasonal Trainer. She will now be moving into the role of Full Time Trainer with the CCO! In her spare time, Veronica enjoys spending time with her friends and grabbing a bite to eat at the local Mexican restaurant. Rebeckah Prewitt
Rebeckah Prewitt began her journey with Pearl in October of 2020 as a Customer Service Representative and has since completed many roles on the Career Path, including Seasonal Trainer! She has also been involved with many Employee Engagement activities and Marketing Campaigns for New Hire Season! She will now be venturing into the role of Operations Supervisor with the CCO! In her spare time, Rebeckah enjoys shopping at antique stores and hunting for unique teacups, ducks, and geese. Congratulations Rebeckah Prewitt!
Lydia Potter
Lydia Potter started her journey with Pearl in September of 2021 as a Customer Service Representative and has completed many roles in the Career Path including Seasonal Trainer! She will now be moving into the role of Operations Supervisor with the CCO. In her spare time, she enjoys attending Classic Rock concerts and spending time outdoors! Congratulations Lydia Potter!
Tonya Baker
Tonya Baker has been with Pearl since December of 2021. She began working with the CCO as a Customer Service Representative and has completed many roles in the Career Path. She is now moving on to the role of Operations Supervisor! In her spare time, Tonya enjoys traveling and reading any of the Harry Potter books! Congratulations Tonya Baker!
Chandrah Jarrott
Chandrah Jarrott started as a CSR, moved to supervisors and became Operations Manager and since early 2022, operated our ESDMS program. Chandrah is joining our new program supporting DoD (Tricare) prescription benefit customer service with our new partner Cigna Healthcare. In her new role, Chandrah will play a key part in the launch and operation of a program that will have approximately 70 CSRs and five supervisors, Quality monitoring and Workforce management in a new-to-Pearl sector of healthcare. Kimberly Young
Kim began her journey with Pearl in November of 2016 as a Customer Service Representative for the CCO. In her time with the CCO she accomplished several roles on the Career Path including supervisor! She has since moved on to work with other programs in Pearl like the SSA and is now moving into a new role with ESDMS as their Operations Manager. Congratulations Kim!
Sabin Davis
Sabin began with Pearl in March of 2022 with his first role being over the VA VISN contract where they had nurses triaging calls from Veterans. They were able to successfully transfer all eight of our nurses directly to the VA. His next assignment was a seasonal contract with OPM. Their agents assisted the callers with Open Enrollment questions. He was also over our Military One Source contract, where the Triage Consultants take calls from active-duty military members and Veterans and their family members to assist with a variety of issues. During his time on this contact, they were able to grow and expand the team to include Hybrid Triage Consultants as well as adding two additional supervisors. Sabin is now moving to support the Optum VBA program where the agents will be scheduling benefit eligibility exams for active-duty military personnel and Veterans to determine benefits. In his spare time, he likes to go to the beach, travel, and spend quality time with his family. Congratulations Sabin!
