Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
I was referred to Pearl by a friend. Before I applied, I read several reviews about the company, which were positive and helped me make my decision to join Pearl. Some of the skills that have shaped me in my career include advocating and collaborating with other individuals and being resourceful.
What are your career goals?
My future job aspirations include becoming an effective leader who will highlight my strengths and talents in helping others.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned in your job?
Having learned to be successful requires me to always utilize my resources, and if I am unsure, I ask questions.
What is your advice for someone who may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field?
My advice would be if you have the desire to make a difference in someone’s life, working as a Provider Support Advocate is a good place to start.
What is a Fun Fact that many of your coworkers may not know?
I am the oldest of five siblings and the shortest.

I love to decorate and make crafts.
