Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
Before I joined the Pearl family, I worked as a dispatcher for an Installation company for approximately ten years. Over those ten years, I learned time management, active listening, and empathy skills, all of which, still serve me well today.
What are your career goals?
My future aspirations are to continue learning skills that will better serve others and to one day advance to a Supervisor role, or possibly Tier 2, ISG, or another position within Pearl.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned in your job?
This job has taught me to gather as much information as possible, from the beginning, in order to make informed decisions.
What is your advice for someone who may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field?
Be prepared for the most frustrating and rewarding adventure ever!
What is a Fun Fact that many of your coworkers may not know?
I once got to participate on a hillbilly jug band!

Do you have a special talent or any hobbies? I love to play board games, read romance and mystery books, cook, garden, and sing church songs.
