Hello March and hopefully some warmer weather right around the corner! This month we have the amazing opportunity to celebrate and recognize the following holidays: Women’s History Month, National Disabilities Month, Employee Appreciation Day, International Women’s Day, Daylight Savings Time, Pi Day, St. Patrick’s Day, the first day of Spring, and Easter!

Looking back, February brought us these wonderful holidays, activities, and observances to participate in:
• Black History Month
• Super bowl LVIII (58)
• Valentine’s Day
• Our first Employee Engagement Townhall
The month of February is nationally recognized as Black History Month and to recognize the amazing and influential accomplishments African Americans had throughout history, we hosted an email campaign to highlight 8 incredible individuals.
There was also the opportunity to participate in some fun activities for Pearl Swag for the 58th Super bowl. For our Virtual Staff there was a challenging Word Scramble and Trivia to participate in that brought us two Custom Swag Bag winners: Zykeria Wilson and Mykala Jordan! There were also some yummy Super bowl Recipes to check out for everyone’s party plans! For CCO, they celebrated the week with Trivia, Mini Footballs, Word Scrambles, Cornhole and a Jersey Day to support their favorite teams! You can check out some of those pictures below.
Valentine’s Day brought cute Ecard games sent to our emails and all participants had the chance to win more PEARL SWAG! We had 10 winners total from all our Virtual Staff:

CCO also celebrated with some activities in their break room – It’s Such a Treat Working With You – where leadership staff served Snow Cones and Cotton Candy and everyone had the opportunity to participate in the photo booth!
To wrap up the month, Employee Engagement hosted their first Townhall where a representative from each program came together and discussed activity opportunities of what you would like to see more of. This was a perfect chance to hear about the challenges facing each program and how we can customize a more personalized experience for everyone.

- 3/4 – 3/29 CCO Onsite March Madness Competition
- Onsite teams will compete in who has the better stats for their Absenteeism, Average Handle Time, and Adherence to their schedules.
- Winner will receive a Pizza Party and Custom Pearl Swag Bags for their team!
- 3/15 – We are Lucky to work with you!
- Word Scrambles, Trivia, and Ecard Games for all staff to participate in for a chance to win some Custom Pearl Swag!

- 4/1 – 4/5 April Fool’s Joke Contest

- All entries will have their chance to make it into the rotation of our Unofficial Pearl Joke Book in the Positively Pearl article (that’s this one you’re reading now)
- We will select a Top 5 and those people will receive a $10 Gift Card!
- 4/15 – 4/26 Employee Experience Survey
- Your opportunity to make sure your voice is heard is back! Time to fill out our Semi-Annual Employee Experience Survey where we ask about every department; Operations, HR, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement and more!
- 4/22 – 4/26 Earth Day Activities
- Celebrate the place we all live and learn about some tips to help the planet.
- You can expect more fun activities during this week like Trivia, Word Scramble, and even a Photo Scavenger Hunt!
- Everyone who completes the photo scavenger hunt will be entered for a White Pearl Yeti.
- 5/1 – 5/31 First Semi-Annual Company Wide Blood Drive
- All staff across the country will have the opportunity to donate blood under the umbrella of Pearl Interactive
- We will have a custom sign-up link for everyone to use to give you the nearest donating site to your zip code, and all donations through this link will be tracked back to our company total!
- All participants will receive a Pearl Swag Bag and Customized button as a Thank You
- This will need to be done during non-working hours.
- 5/1 – 5/31 CCO School Supply Drive
- Onsite staff and teams will have the opportunity to bring in school supplies to donate to all local county schools in Winchester, KY.
- 5/6 Mother’s Day Gift Giving Guide
- Find the perfect gift for the Mother that you you’d like to honor, recognize, or thank this Mother’s Day with our guide to some wonderful gifts!
- 6/3 – 6/7 Pearl Appreciation Day!
- Look out for our First Annual COMPANY WIDE Pearl Appreciation Day!
- We are planning this to be a fun interactive and engaging experience for all staff, while we are still planning to make sure everything is perfect, you can expect the following during this week:
