Pearl TA acknowledges and appreciates the observance of Women’s History Month. In 1978, the event was observed as Women’s History Week. With successful programs sponsored across communities in California. The celebration would later be declared by President Carter in February 1980, as National Women’s History Week.
March 1st marked the observance of Gender Equality Month. The month is dedicated to celebrating the social, political, cultural, and academic achievements of women around the world.
March 25th is recognized internationally, by the United Nations, as the International Day of Remembrance for Victims of The Transatlantic Slave Trade. “The resolution called for the establishment of an outreach program to mobilize educational institutions, civil society and other organizations to inculcate in future generations the “causes, consequences and lessons of the transatlantic slave trade, and to communicate the dangers of racism and prejudice.” un.org
We use a strategic and intentional approach to vet qualified candidates who self-identify as a niche applicant. In concert with our applicant tracking system as a tool, Pearl’s Talent Acquisition WF Referrals team work closely with community partners to meet mutual objectives. Our goals are to offer job opportunities that can lead to a rewarding career in our contact center industry. Utilizing DirectEmployers, we can directly share job opportunities to our target audience, increasing our niche talent community.

The National Association of Councils on Developmental Disabilities (NACDD) is the national membership association for the 56 State Councils on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD or DD Councils) across the United States and its territories. The DD Councils receive federal funding to support policy change and programs that promote self-determination, integration, and inclusion for all people in the United States with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
