Hello, Pearl Team!
I am elated to write this message to you and share a little about myself, what brought me to Pearl, and my vision for our team during Pearl’s next stage of growth.
A little about me: I have lived all over the US and currently reside with my wife in Georgia. I am a lifelong fitness enthusiast and enjoy cross-training, biking, and hiking. I’m an avid reader and have recently discovered a love for gardening since buying our home. When my wife and I have time, we try to escape into the Georgia mountains for a little reset. In addition to being at the helm of Pearl, I co-chair an alumni board and the Yale School of Management and truly enjoy my role as Regional VP of the Robert Toigo Foundation.
I believe to do something well; you have to believe in it. Because of that, when I began this endeavor it was of upmost importance to locate a company whose mission aligned with my own principles. To fully understand the high standards and expectations I had of the company I was searching for, I’d like to share my own leadership principles.

When I found Pearl, I connected deeply and personally to the mission. As I learned more, I immediately identified my own principles in how each of you supports that mission. Now, a few months into the helm, every team member I have met so far humbly lives by the Pearl values with integrity and determination, and as a result of that, inherently exemplifies the same principles that were a compass in my research.
My goal for Pearl’s growth is big, bold, and achievable. The company, mission, values, and leadership that Merry has spent the last 20 years to create is ready to be made into the company she envisioned. I am excited to head into the rest of 2024 and beyond with you.
