Pearl partnered with Cognosante in mid-2021 to assist with the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work Program. Social Security’s Ticket to Work Program supports career development for people ages 18 through 64 who receive Social Security disability benefits and want to work.
The Ticket Program is free and voluntary. It helps people with disabilities move toward financial independence and connects them with the services and support they need to succeed in the workforce. We hired our first team of Claims Technicians, Program Analyst, and Beneficiary Support Specialist on October 25, 2021. We have received numerous client recognition statements regarding our team.
Due to our amazing, innovated, and determined staff we have had 3 team members promoted to a leadership role. Two Pearl employees were promoted to supervisor roles one pearl employee was promoted to work directly with SSA creating a new department within the organization. The SSA project currently holds 96% QA score 95% adherence rate across all departs. During budget downsizing across the SSA project in the second year Pearl was offered additional Beneficiary Support Specialist seats.
