Cake ingredients:
1 devils food chocolate cake mix
1 (5.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
8 Oz sour cream
4 eggs
Cake Directions:
Mix all ingredients adding 1 egg at a time
Bake at 350 for 50-60 mins (until toothpick comes out clean)
Glaze ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
8 Oz bag peanut butter chips
Glaze Directions:
Heat 1 cup heavy whipping cream until steaming (in microwave or stove top)
Pour over peanut butter chips and let set for 2 mins.
Whisk until blended then set aside for 30 minutes
Once cooled pour over cooled cake.
Tip:
If you let it set covered for awhile it’s even better!”
