With the holidays upon us and 2023 right around the corner, it is a great time to look back and celebrate our successes and growth in 2022.
I am immensely proud of the work you have accomplished this year in continuing to promote Pearl as a force for good. Both through our growth and in creating and implementing a culture of caring, we have made a profound difference on how our mission positively impacts hundreds of our team members and their families. I have heard so many success stories this year that make me so proud of our team and who we are as a company.
From promotions of our team to new contracts, we have witnessed some incredible growth this year. I am eager to see what incredible work you will do in 2023 and how we will impact and support our communities.
