We are excited to announce a new addition to Pearl’s Leave Management and Benefits Team, Chelsea Jackson, who will fill the role of Benefits Generalist.
Chelsea’s areas of expertise include human resources benefits and leave administration, strategic planning, problem solving, HR records management, policy development & compliance, employee engagement, and health insurance auditing just to mention a few.
Chelsea will join the Leave Management and Benefits Team reporting to Penny Hibbs, our Benefits Manager.
On a lighter note, Chelsea “loves” the Houston Astros, along with her five brothers. She is hyped about the New Zealand pop group Six60 (“Catch me in the end zone, High-steppin’, Prime Time”), and she is very much into hiking and running marathons.
