Dear Pearl Team,
It’s been two years since the start of the pandemic, and we are all still adjusting to a world where most of our interactions are virtual. It’s more important than ever to keep personal connections with others alive at work and in other areas of our lives. Supporting our teammates and being connected to our fellow employees allows for meaningful relationships to form and can improve our social and emotional wellbeing. Much of the important information about being successful & productive at work is not found in a memo or in an employee handbook, but through our interactions with others. I’d like to challenge everyone to reach out to one Pearl teammate mentioned in this newsletter who you don’t already know. You never know how much you could impact someone’s day – a kind word goes a long way!
Employee engagement is a core focus for Pearl in 2022. We are hard at work behind the scenes to create two-way communications between you and your team.
