Welcome to August!
August brings us the last full month of Summer and also Back to School Season!
CCO sponsored a Back to School Movie Night with their local community college, BCTC (Bluegrass Community and Technical College). The event was sponsored by several local businesses and each gave out school supplies to the community children in preparation for the 1st day of school! CCO was able to give out not only school supplies but also several backpacks! Over 500 people visited the event!

In preparation for Customer Service Appreciation Week (10/2-10/6), we are hosting a T-Shirt Design Contest for all our virtual contracts and programs! Make sure to send in your design before the end of this month! The winning design will be chosen by the Employee Engagement Team and the winner will receive a $20 Door Dash Gift Card. We have gotten about 20 designs so far!
8/1 we kicked off our Semi Annual Company Wide Walking Challenge! This challenge will run until the end of September and we will have 20 Winners! Check out the prizes below:
1st – 10th place will win a Gift Card!
• 1st = $100
• 2nd = $90
• 3rd = $80 etc.
11th – 20th will win a Pearl Swag Bag full of Pearl Swag Goodies!

We will be sending out our Top 10 every Tuesday and Thursday, and everyone’s totals will be shown in the Featured Content section in Paycom! This will be updated every Monday and Friday.
