Job Description
As an Operations Manager, I ensure my assigned projects are meeting contract requirements and Pearl policy guidelines, provide support to project staff, support client communication, documentation of all project activity.
Why you joined Pearl
I joined Pearl as a temporary position when Covid began. Upon starting, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed the atmosphere, the support, the work, and the company itself. It was very quickly after I began that I informed everyone they were never getting rid of me.
5 Fun Facts
- I am obsessed with Aquariums! I currently have 19 tanks and approximately 300 mystery snails and 400-500 freshwater fish.
- I love hiking. Especially in the winter and Spring (water sources are easier to find). Sometimes randomly deciding “difficult” level hikes are perfect for me and normally regretting it halfway through.
- I get bored easily, so I tend to change things often, I rearrange a minimum of one room in my house at least every other week.
- I don’t like spending money on anything that I can learn to do myself. Unfortunately, due to this I am now the mechanic for all of our family’s vehicles and I do not like it.
- I have 5 kids between 7 and 18 so organized chaos is sort of my thing!
