Tell us what brought you to Pearl and what skills you acquired in each of your previous roles that helped get you to your current role?
Prior to working at Pearl, I was supporting the CCO contract, working directly with Maximus. In October of 2022, all of the Maximus employees were brought on directly to Pearl, and I have been continuing to support CCO since.
What are your career goals?
My goal is to become a supervisor or to work in Human Resources.
What has been the biggest lesson you have learned in your job?
I have always tried to overcome obstacles, and this job has shown me my fair share. This has allowed me to grow my skills on issue resolution, as well as allowed me to learn more about myself and to put my heart into every call.
What is your advice for someone who may be interested in pursuing a role in your current field?
As a CSR, you will experience calls related to the same issue multiple times a day. The key thing to remember is that every person is different, every outcome is different, and every call can be completed by staying calm and with a little patience.
Do you have a special talent or any hobbies?
I enjoy reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends.
