This is Positively Pearl, where we will feature all Employee Engagement event recaps, provide a look forward to the current month’s activities, and all other things engagement and positivity!
For the month of March, we indulged in Fun Shamrocking events, such as: styling in your green apparel, trivia, word jumbles, and a lost but now found pot of gold poll questionnaire! A look back at those results show that 43% of responses would buy their dream house while 28% decided on some more non-traditional ways of spending their newfound fortune! Some opted to purchase a vacation and the means to get there by private plane, others wanted to purchase enormous amounts of chocolate bars, and then there were some that just wanted to invest!

Now let’s take a look at all of the employees who dressed in their best green for St. Patrick’s Day!
April has A LOT in store for all employees!
- Week of April 3rd – KY CCO Onsite Employees may take part in a walking challenge to win snacks for their team!
- April 11th – We will be accepting pictures from all employees to show off their pets for National Pet Day! (All pets will be featured under the My Learning Tab and FT Content on Paycom as well as a small feature here in our Positively Pearl article.)
- Week of April 17th – We will be recognizing Earth Day with fun activities as well as opportunities where we can all help support our planet!
- April 28th – Grab your mask and your cape and keep an eye on the sky for the bat signal for National Superhero Day! We will be hosting a contest for everyone to get dressed up in their best Superhero wear and submit a photo to EmployeeEngagement@pinsourcing.com! There will be a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner! All submissions will be featured under the My Learning Tab and FT Content on Paycom!
