CCO Updates
June was a month full of energy, appreciation, and community connection here at Pearl!
Employee Appreciation Week (June 2–6) was a blast! We celebrated you with cotton candy, popcorn, snow cones, a cookout, dance party, photo ops, raffles, company T-shirts—and of course, the crowd-favorite Slime Time! It was a week-long celebration of everything that makes Pearl special. We also had the pleasure of welcoming our new Vice President of Operations, David Morad, who joined us just in time to experience the Pearl spirit in full swing.

On June 8, Pearl sponsored and volunteered at the annual WinSprint Triathlon to support our local community children to raise funds for the Bicycle Rodeo! Volunteers were stationed around the course to encourage racers and ensure their safety with proper instruction!
Then, on June 14, seven of our incredible team members set up shop at the Beer Cheese Festival in Winchester, KY. We passed out pretzels, “Now Hiring” flyers, and Pearl swag to help attract fresh talent for our upcoming hiring season. It was a fun and flavorful way to connect with the community!
